Catalyst Connection introduced its new Women in Leadership program on Tuesday, created in partnership with management consulting company Development Dimensions International.
The year-long series of sessions aims to give women in leadership positions actionable strategies to accelerate their careers, said Erica Frischmann, small manufacturing business advisor at Catalyst Connection. She said the curriculum pairs DDI’s research with Catalyst Connection’s access to networking opportunities.
The Women in Leadership program kicks off with a six-hour session, followed by three-hour sessions on a monthly basis for the year. Frischmann said those sessions will each include a subject for the day, as well as group sharing sessions to discuss what strategies have worked or have not worked.
“We’re hoping the greatest learning comes from their interactions with each other,” Frischmann said.
The program is open to women currently in leadership positions, as well as women with “high-potential” for entering a leadership role. It’s also open to those who lead diversity and inclusion efforts at their organizations and early career professionals.
Women can sign up to participate on the Catalyst Connection website for $2,450 until December 6 or $2,950 until the first cohort begins on January 22.
“We’ve designed that learning experience to make sure it combines best practices and access to successful women leaders in the network we have available,” Frischmann said.
