DURATION
This class series is offered virtually or in-person. Four in person sessions are four hours each from 9 AM – 1 PM and are individually scheduled with the company and the Training Consultant. Virtual sessions meet twice a week as a lunch and learn workshop from 11 AM to 1 PM, over a ten-week period and are individually scheduled with the company and the Training Consultant. Five 30-minute virtual 1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled by the participant and Training Consultant.
