Women in Leadership Program Series

This comprehensive class series is designed to equip women with the essential skills and mindset for personal and professional growth. Through this self-discovery series, participants gain insights to understand their workplace personality, identify their natural leadership traits, and align their career goals accordingly. Delving into essential leadership skills such as systems thinking, active listening, and conflict resolution fosters effective leadership and healthy team dynamics. Participants learn to reframe vulnerability as a strength, professionally address biases in the workplace, and become more empowered to overcome self-doubt, cultivate self-esteem, and excel in professional presentations. Lastly, participants will discover negotiation strategies and how to align with decision-makers for win-win outcomes.
