Women in Leadership Program Series
This comprehensive class series is designed to equip women with the essential skills and mindset for personal and professional growth. Through this self-discovery series, participants gain insights to understand their workplace personality, identify their natural leadership traits, and align their career goals accordingly. Delving into essential leadership skills such as systems thinking, active listening, and conflict resolution fosters effective leadership and healthy team dynamics. Participants learn to reframe vulnerability as a strength, professionally address biases in the workplace, and become more empowered to overcome self-doubt, cultivate self-esteem, and excel in professional presentations. Lastly, participants will discover negotiation strategies and how to align with decision-makers for win-win outcomes.

Thanks to the WANTO grant, we are thrilled to offer a scholarship opportunity for up to 10 women to participate in our exclusive training series at no cost! Selected participants will receive a special discount code to fully cover their enrollment. Additionally, we are opening this incredible program to up to 10 more women for a deeply impactful experience at the regular rate of $1,000 per person. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
