About the Speakers:
Bart Stewart, Managing Director, WB Engineers | Bart has been a member of our team since 2009 and currently oversees our Bay Area, Baltimore, and Washington, DC offices. Passionate about building strong client relationships, Bart excels at guiding businesses through critical decisions to develop trusted advisor relationships. Bart has worked in the mission-critical space for almost 20 years, providing technical oversight for our team, ensuring high-quality work, and the successful delivery of hundreds of critical facility projects.
Bart holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified LEED AP engineer.
Desmond Greene, Managing Director of Building Optimization, WB Engineers | Des has been in the consulting engineering business for over 30 years. His experience includes multiple infrastructure and building repositioning projects. His background is rooted in MEP engineering, energy and sustainability design and carbon emissions reduction. He is a licensed professional engineer, certified energy manager with AEE and was certified as a Low Carbon Consultant with CIBSE.
He joined WB in 2001, providing leadership for the New York office and the repositioning and asset strategy practice sector. He leads WB’s building optimization practice area. This practice area focuses on helping clients reduce their carbon emissions, improve ESG scores, and comply with new codes and regulations.
