Industrial Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Information Session – Somerset/Cambria Webinar

Catalyst Connection is looking for 3 employers in the Somerset/Cambria area who are interested in joining a cohort for our Industrial Manufacturing Technician (IMT) apprenticeship program.
This 18-month state registered program helps entry-level workers in manufacturing quickly enhance their skills and advance with their current employer. The program combines structured onsite classroom instruction with company customized on-the-job training. This program is for incumbent or newly hired employees. Benefits of the IMT group cohort:

•  Classroom instruction held in Cambria/Somerset between the employers with Catalyst Connection’s apprenticeship instructor.
•  Between 8-16 hours a month of classroom instruction for the duration of the 18-month program.
• On-the-Job training is coordinated with a company customized Job Book. Completed over the 18-month period of the program.
• Total Program cost of $2,165-$5,165 per apprentice depending on company grant requirements.
• State Registered Apprenticeship Program leading to State Journeyperson papers.
