About the Trainer

Matt Minner, Senior Consultant, Technical Services at Catalyst Connection, brings over 12 years of experience from the manufacturing and mining industries, including his tenure at Caterpillar, where he supported global mining customers and dealer partners. His expertise spans customer relationship management, product development, service management, and continuous improvement. At Catalyst Connection, Matt manages various technology projects, including Roadmap to Growth, Strategic Planning, and Automation and Robotics Implementation. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Virginia Tech and is fluent in Spanish, with extensive experience working in Latin America.
