Course Structure
Duration: Six days of classroom instruction spread across one or two sessions per month
Practical Application: Participants will apply lean principles in a real-world project within their organization
Roundtable Sessions: Participants will present project outcomes, share personal experiences, and learn from both successes and challenges
Certification Requirements: Participants must attend all classroom instruction, actively participate in roundtable sessions, complete an on-site project implementation, and pass a written exam
