ISO 9001:2015 Orientation -1 Day Training

This ISO 9001:2015 training is designed to introduce participants to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard and demonstrate how it applies to their organization. By the end of the course, attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the standard’s requirements and will be equipped to implement it effectively in their workplace.

About the Trainer

Craig J. Wilson, Managing Director of Quality and Process Improvement at Catalyst Connection, brings over 40 years of experience as an engineer, manager, and consultant in quality assurance and production. Since joining Catalyst Connection in 1993, Mr. Wilson has assisted companies across various industries—including aerospace, automotive, chemical, defense, food processing, and medical—to develop and implement effective quality management systems.

Mr. Wilson holds a BS in Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from West Virginia University. He is an AS9100 Aerospace Experience Auditor with Probitas Authentication, a QMS Lead Auditor with Exemplar Global, and holds certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Quality Engineer, and Quality Auditor. Additionally, he is an IAQG-certified Instructor for the AS9100 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training.
