It will also transform companies themselves. Specifically, how they make sense of information and act on it to achieve operational excellence and continually improve the experiences of their customers and partners.
Today, the question on the minds of all manufacturers is not if Industry 4.0 is coming, but how quickly it will impact my company, my customers and my supply chains. It takes courage to adopt new technology, specifically something as daunting as Industry 4.0, but the rewards can be significant as shown by the success of early adopters.
