Workforce Associate Responsibilities:
- Network and recruit students and school, businesses, and post-secondary partners for various programs and projects.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including schoolteachers and personal, business and industry representatives, community-based organizations, students, and parents to assure mutual goals are achieved.
- Engage and coordinate manufacturing and technology employer involvement in education and career awareness activities, including but not limited to: Manufacturing Day, Teacher Academy, pre-apprenticeship programs, etc.
- Present information about manufacturing careers to various audiences to expand the talent pool for manufacturing in the region.
- Provide marketing efforts for programs and events for schools, job seekers, and apprentices.
- Develop, propagate and collect survey data. Analyze and process results and make recommendations.
- Research and provide information and resources to employers, educators, community organizations and other stakeholders on issues related to the emerging workforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of program management, marketing, and/or client relations experience, preferably with a professional services consulting company
- Specialized experience in supporting or leading workforce programs preferred.
- Prior non-profit or government experience preferred.
- Specialized experience in leading and developing STEM or workforce programs preferred.

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
