KJLC Business Segment Manager Mike Kelley would like to see 40% of revenues come from new products within 3–5 years. In order to achieve this goal, KJLC worked with Catalyst Connection’s Market Development Consultant, Connie Palucka, to implement a Product Development Program Initiative
(PDPI).
