Kopp Glass, Inc., located in Pittsburgh since 1926, is the industry leader in the manufacture of clear and colored precision molded and blown technical glass for industrial and commercial applications. They recognized the need to find new applications for their products, new customers, and new markets through the internet by driving traffic to their web site. Catalyst Connection Market Development Consultant, Tom Meshanko, worked with Kopp Glass to create an integrated electronic marketing communication plan that included identification of individuals in market segments with high potential, and targeted messaging to new and existing customer market segments through e-mails. In addition, Kopp’s web site was optimized to produce maximum results from search engines through implementation of ideas from Catalyst Connection Consultant Neal Rabogliatti.
